Transitional Technologies has been our IT service provider for over 10 years.  The single biggest benefit in using Transitional Technologies is their expertise.  Any problems are solved quickly thanks to the technical skill and knowledge of their team.  They handle a wide array of problems, from network management to questions about certain software.

At the church, we have a computer that controls the automatic locking and unlocking of different doors as needed.  Replacement of that computer would require a $50K+ upgrade.  Over the years that we have worked with TTI, they have come to our technology rescue many times; but one of the best displays of their expertise has to be keeping that computer up, functioning and secure, saving the church from the substantial cost to replace it.
